Due to a lot of things taking place this month. I won't name names. This has been a very interesting month to say the least. But out of everything this right here bothers me the most. I posted a journal about the hardest working artist on Deviantart awhile back here  Hardest working artist on DA shout out!Hello everyone how are you? As many of you know I rarely promote myself on my Da page, i believe in being unselfish.
Which may hurt me on some aspects but hey I'm an unselfish guy. At any rate I have been watching a few artist here on DA and noticed  some of them post work every day.
I mean that's absolutely amazing. They are top artist as well. So below I will list some artist that you should watch and follow their work. Because they are such work attics and i love artist who work and put out content everyday or every week.
First we have  :iconmizaeltengu:. What can I say about this guy? I mean when i first came across his Da page I was flabbergasted. Yes that's a real word look it up.lol
But seriously he is a  true example of what working hard is with art and he has a passion that is highly unseen. It's as if he's trying to relay a message through his art to the masses.
The same way i'm trying to relay a message to the masses with my work.

At any rate one of them has left Deviantart sadly. Her name is EUDETENIS. Now all i will say is this; i had a discussion on skype last night with a fellow writer. Then the next thing i know boom EUDETENIS leaves deviantart. Isn't that a coincidence. Yes EUDETENIS name was brought up in the conversation. And i said that i really admire her work and think she deserves a story on a more mainstream level. That's all i said.  Certain artist work speaks out to me more than others.
And well hers is by far the best i have seen on DA as far is work rate and multiple commissions, live stream drawing
sessions etc. The great thing about her was her ability to adapt manga art styles.

She just didn't stick to one style or genre. This is a huge loss for Deviantart. All i want to say is that if by me saying that i feel her work deserves a story that's more geared toward main stream made her leave DA then wow.

But i haven't spoken to her since i posted that journal praising hard working artist here on DA.  Well i take that back, i believe last year i sent her a note regarding commission prices for a rpg manga idea i had.

Any way I do not know what this said writer told her, but if it was enough to make her leave Da, then it must have been very important or powerful.

Oh and the reason i feel that I was involved was because
EUDETENIS came to visit my Da page today and that was odd and out of no where so something went down behind closed doors. I want to know what made this wonderful artist leave DA?

There's some other news that i will relay regarding inkblazers, i'm still in talks with some personal things there.  I might post about that soon.

Take care people. Oh and if you haven't seen
EUDETENIS work just paste her name in the search bar above or google her. You won't be disappointed.

Take care people.
I've been super busy as of recent. So I haven't had much time to do anything. I do have a few announcements however.
1. Masterless Technique book two has some test pages. I am very pleased with them so far. I might show them soon. They are not official book pages just test pages for newly introduced characters.  Nagoru vs Zarmada COLOURED by francosj12. Book two is in the works. Tee shirts will also be sold for it as well as posters.

2. Samurai Tophat will be deleted from inkblazers soon. But don't worry, it should be in book form and for sale by late December.
If you haven't had a chance to see the fan art drawn by a awesome artist here's what he did Samurai Tophat fanart by KENSHINRO7
Also will be selling Tee shirts for this series as well. Samurai Tophat fanart 3 by francosj12 and one other design for Tee shirts. Will also have some posters for sale. Might make the posters a combo with the book.

Oh in other news, I also have a toy sculpt being made for one of my other manga series.  Well actually two toy sculpts. I'd like for both series to come out soon. But I am only one guy doing the writing. So I have to wait on art for my projects.

What else? Oh the secret one shot has been placed on hold not due to me. I am not sure as to why. It's pretty stupid if you ask me. I have to sit here and look at the awesome poster of the cover page every day. It's painful to see something that you know will be great, but have to wait.

Same goes for my Zombie manga.  Once any of these works get pages done,i will send them to the CEO of a manga studio. I already spoke with him, he's a friend on the Business website and some other sites i am on.

He loves my passion for this genre and also the fact that i have written so many manga stories. He said it's unheard of for a writer to have that many works. Actually that's what impressed the president of an anime studio awhile back.  Any way I will be making some major moves here in the next few months before the year ends.

Wish me luck. I haven't posted a positive journal in awhile. So I feel pretty good about what's going on.

Thanks for reading as always.

There has been a lot of talk about Samurai Tophat recently. So i wanted to post some fan art by this great artist.

I also went through and read Samurai Tophat several times myself. Soon i will delete it from inkblazers and sell only the soft copies of the one shot.

I think that way it will end the cold war. So soon it will no longer be available to read online for free. Thanks to all the recent members who care for this project. I'm happy that you enjoy the work.

Hopefully you will help spread the word and let others know it will be gone from inkblazers soon and to pick up a soft cover copy later this year. Thanks again to those who support.

Fear of success in manga/anime

Why the fear of success from artist drawing manga/anime?

As a writer of both genre's, i have come to work with artist both amateur and pro.

But there has been a fear of project gaining popularity.

Now of course to me this sounds very ignorant.

Especially since if a artist main focus is to gain more fan base or attract more profits financially.

Not one artist that i worked with could see through to the end something major.

Maybe they felt it was to big for them.

My question is why?

This makes no sense, also if a artist wants to gain more money then wouldn't having a popular series out do just that.

More fans equal more $$$$, More exposure equals more opportunity to pitch to bigger studio's.

I mean it will just look far better on your resume; if you have something that makes fans go crazy, rather than just working on a project for the sake of making a quick buck.

Can anyone look past the short run and view the long run?

This is what's hurting independent creators losing out on huge chances like the one mentioned above.

Ask your selves a question. Why are there no mainstream American manga or anime out?

Why has the industry looked on other projects coming from people none Japanese as a joke?

It's simple there are no Attack on titans,Bleach, Dragon Ball Z's,Naruto or other big name titles being made by creators outside of Japan.

Well this has to change.

I'm offering to anyone who will step up several of the best mainstream projects I've written.

All i need is an artist who has no fear, one who is willing to take the popularity that comes with being different and producing success with in work.

I need someone with the same drive or even more drive than me.

It's not that things can't be done it's about who's willing to do them and see things through to the end.

My picture is far more vast when it comes to mainstream project work.

How do i know this, well I've been told by several companies.

But i can't draw and that's my heel. I'm willing to accept that due to the fact that i can write top work in return.

I'm not speaking about some average run of the mill story. I'm talking about something that can and will speak volumes.

I am not afraid of success or drawing in a huge crowd for my projects. I have faith in my work, I will not disappoint fans.

If i had fear then i never would have contacted major Anime/manga companies etc...

No one with fear would dare to go that high on the anime food chain.

But for as fearless as i am i have run into fearful artist.

Who's willing to finally step up to the plate?

That's what i want to know i can provide the content needed to break things into a world wind new manga comic wise.

But i need someone to go in with me and not be afraid to step up to the plate.

Yes competition from Japan is fierce but i'm not fighting against them, I want to join them in their success.

Who will follow me?"

Who wants to be the first to make a huge buzz in the industry that will shake things up?

Where are you?

Hopefully someone will come to the rescue, so that it can be proven that you don't have to live in Japan to make a hit manga series or anime.

I look forward to the comment replies.

This was not supposed to be a rant on this discussion. It's more so showing my passion and willingness to go to the next level needed to break out from the rest of the crowd.

You have to do something different in order to get noticed.

Sitting still won't do anything. You have to make moves in this world.
Let's face the facts here. We all love a nice cool or even awesome Anime or manga drawing right. So all the focus is on visuals. But when it comes to story there isn't much emphasis placed on how important it is to a good or even great manga. Let's consider some things here shall we.
First and foremost, not all main protagonist from Anime or manga are drawn awesome. The most popular Anime and Manga characters are black haired heroes. Shocking I know right. In fact there's only one main protagonist from a popular Manga and Anime series that doesn't have black hair. So let's go down the line and then after i name the popular series and the hair color of them their looks etc.. You will start to get the point of why I've posted my last two journals etc.. So let's begin.
Dragon Ball Z, Goku has Dark black spiked hair. Yes it's unique looking but it's something that the reader can get use to after awhile. One Piece, Luffy well he wears a cool little hat but underneath his hat is what? Yes, you are starting to get the picture Black hair for the main protagonist again. Attack on titan Eren,Levi,Miksa. All 3 of these main cast has dark Black hair and other than their gear that's cool looking that's about the only cool or awesome thing drawn for them.  Sword art online protagonist dark Black hair. Bleach the only series with a main protagonist that's hair is a different color. Ichigo hair is orange. We all know how popular Bleach is or was.  I'm sure there are other series that i didn't name oh sorry Naruto yeah his hair is Blonde ok so two very popular series with a main protagonist with different color hair. So any way let's get to my point. The reason you all love these series is because of what the characters do during the story. It's not because they are drawn awesome or epic. THEY DO EPIC THINGS DURING THEIR JOURNEY THROUGH THE STORY. Do you get it now? How ever you look at it no matter if something is drawn cool down the line. The most popular manga and series are ones where the main protagonist is not that awesome to start he's just building through the story and becomes amazing etc.. Yeah spoiler alert. If say all the protagonist i mentioned from these popular manga and Anime series never did any thing to accomplish a amazing feat or triumph failure etc.. Then you wouldn't be interested. That's called story telling folks. And it's just as important or more important than the drawings. As I just mentioned above you can take an average looking main protagonist or just add a spike of hair or something else that intrigues you to like their design. But it's about what they go through and endure that keeps you coming back. I stress this and have been in the past but maybe not as blunt and direct as i have now. I wanted to use examples of popular series that you know, so that you would be able to envision my points. If you want to make Manga and it stand out when you are a creator who is non Japaneses then you need to take the proper steps. Story is the key. I hope this has and will help those that were not aware of these facts. Hopefully, you will begin to take the steps towards perfecting your story writing skills. This will improve your over all manga period no matter how awesome you draw. Thanks for reading and all comments are welcome.
